Terms & Conditions

* All the product sizes and prices are subject to change. It depends on the products supplied by the importers. Please contact us for further details.
* Australia post won't accept bottle by Satchel so it must be sent with boxes that will cost more for the shipping. 

* This website only calculate the estimated shipping cost. We will contact you prior to shipment if there will be any additional fee needed. 
* If you don't hear anything from us please text or email due to the domain instability that sometimes we don't receive the order. 

Payment Orders:

If you pay the orders by Direct Debit to Bank account, we will send the items after we receive the payment.

Australia Post Order:

We will pack your orders well and use any buffer to protect the items inside the box. All of our products are in excellent conditions and we will never send any damaged nor expired goods. 

Once your parcel has been posted we will email you a tracking code that can be used to check the delivery status of your item on the Australian Post website.

We are not taking any responsibilities for any damage/lost/stolen items during the transit by the couriers.

NOTES: The frozen foods likes tempe, jengkol, sator (petai), oncom, tahu, harry hee noodle and not dry food products won't be sent by post, need to be pick up in Store only.

International Phone Card Order

International Phone Card can be send through SMS or Email if you need it ASAP, but make sure you check it from our website if the stock is available

Or we can send you the card by normal postage but the payment must be paid in advance.

Refund or Order Cancellation Policy

  • Please, ensure you fill in your details correctly before you pay the order, and provide your email and phone number so we can confirm your order before we pack them.
  • If you already paid and want to cancel the order please let us know Immediately within 24 hours.
  • Please, there will be no exchange, refund or credit for a product simply because you change your mind or do not like it.
  • Don't send the product back without any communication through email or phone, for any question please send us an email first at happyonlinegroceries@yahoo.com.au
  • No refund at all if the product was bought for more than 1 week after you receive the products.
